1. Introduction

Welcome to Pilates in Pink Studio Inc. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our classes, services, and facilities. By booking or attending a class, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership & Class Bookings

• Booking: All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by mobile app, or in person.

  Cancellations: We require at least 6 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 6 hours) or no-shows will result in a fee or loss of class credit. $10 for Late Cancel. $15 for No-show until further notice.

  Memberships & Packages: All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Transfers and extensions are at the studio's sole discretion.

3. Payments

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable taxes.

• Payments must be made in full before attending any class or session.

• We accept all major credit cards, debit Interac at the studio. We are a cashless studio.

4. Studio Etiquette

To ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone, please:

• Arrive Early: Arrive at least 5–10 minutes before class starts to sign in and prepare. A 5-minute grace period is provided after the scheduled start time. After this grace period, entry to the class may be denied for safety reasons, as you will have missed the essential warm-up portion.

• Footwear & Clothing: Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout attire. Grip socks are required for Pilates classes. No outdoor shoes are permitted in the studio—please remove them in the designated area.

• Cleanliness: Wipe down all equipment after use with the provided disinfectant. Please use deodorant and avoid strong fragrances.

• Mobile Phones: Silence your phone and refrain from using it during class. Photography and video recording are not permitted without instructor consent.

• Respect Others: Maintain a supportive and respectful attitude toward instructors and fellow members. Please avoid talking during class instruction.

• Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep valuables secure.

• Health & Safety: Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class begins.
  

5. Health Disclaimer

Pilates and other fitness activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in physical exercise.

• You have consulted with a physician if you have any health concerns or medical conditions.

• You participate at your own risk and release Pilates in Pink Studio Inc., its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries sustained during class, except in cases of gross negligence.

• You will immediately inform your instructor if you experience pain, discomfort, or any physical distress during class.
  

6. Communication & Mobile Information

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  Information may be shared with subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service and payment processing.

  Text message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of text messaging services.

  You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and at the studio with the new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
