Meet Sajia
With over six years of experience as a Certified Strength Coach and Low Back Specialist, Sajia has dedicated her career to helping people build power, resilience, and confidence through strength training. But everything changed when she discovered Pilates.
Pilates filled the missing piece bringing core and pelvic stability, better posture, and a deeper mind-body connection. By blending strength training with Pilates, Sajia has created a unique approach that delivers not only strength and tone, but also balance, body awareness, and stability.
Now, she’s bringing that blend to Pilates in Pink, guiding women and men to move with both power and precision, while feeling stronger, more confident, and truly at home in their bodies.
We’re so excited to welcome her to the team, and we can’t wait for you to experience her classes!
